Hyperion Solutions Corporation is the global leader in Business Performance Management software. A network of more than 600 partners provides the company’s innovative and specialised solutions and services.
soloh solutions was chosen to design and build an online Business Process Management scorecard challenge. The challenge/quiz formed part of an online lead generation campaign that consisted of the challenge being promoted on Hyperion’s own website and within several email campaigns.
The BPM scorecard challenge tests where a company’s BPM processes stand at present and at the end of the challenge presents them with their score and feedback summary. The participant is taken through a series of multiple choice questions, their feedback at the end shows them overall how well their company performs against others.
soloh planned the users journey, designed the quiz and built the database that supports the registrations for the quiz. A reporting tool was also setup and built for the challenge, the tool allows Hyperion staff to pull off reports that provide detailed data on registrations for the challenge, plus they are able to view all of their answers to each question.
We have also produced a similar tool for them for another lead-generation campaign that has been used on a partner website, allowing them to closely monitor all of their conversions and online spend.
